QUICK SPIN WITH DALE OR TAWNIA

This half-hour class focuses on sprints, hills and drills.  Bring a towel and water and get ready to ride!


SPIN TO THE CORE WITH TAWNIA

Watch out!  This 45 minute ride is going to take you into a strength and fat burning mode!  Challenging and fun at the same time.  The last 15 minutes focus on giving that core a winner workout.  Water and a towel are a necessity; spin shoes are optional.
