Our group fitness classes are designed for all fitness and skill levels with a high level of coaching in a non-competitive environment. Our group classes are never the same, so you don't get bored. We keep you challenged and your heart rate pumping with classes based on Zumba, cardio kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Tabata, Tae Qwan Do, HIIT and Spin. Our highly qualified trainers keep your workouts interesting and incorporate a variety of fitness equipment to maximize your results and keep you engaged.
