How do I know which class is right for me? 

All of our classes are designed with all fitness levels in mind. Our participants range from beginners to veterans and we are able to make each exercise appropriately challenging for you! Of course, you can always drop us an e-mail, call or stop by to ask as well and we will be happy to point you in the right direction. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

If you need to cancel a class, please do so 12 hours or more before the class start time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start time you will be charged for the class.

If you need to cancel a personal training session, please do so 24 hours or more before the session start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the session, you will be charged for the session. Please contact your personal trainer directly if you need to make a cancellation. 

Do you have shower facilities? 

Yes, we do! We have men's and women's change rooms and washroom facilities.  We supply bath towels, hand towels, shampoo and body wash. 

Is Mountain Fitness wheelchair accessible? 

Yes.  We are fully accessible through a ramp at street level and a lobby elevator.  All of our facilities are on a single level.  

Do you sell protein powders?

Yes.  We carry a range of protein powders.  Drop by our display booth at the front entrance to see what we have in stock!

Is parking available?

Yes.  There is free parking available at the building.

Do you offer trial memberships?
