HIIT TRAINING WITH JONAS

This class is designed to keep your body in motion with minimal rest between exercises.  It uses exercises that target multiple muscle groups simultaneously, making it a highly efficient hour.  You will notice changes to your body in a matter of weeks!

This class is all about the booty and abs. Bands, balls, squats and so much more! Operation "Booty Lift" will be in full effect.
